The first ten hotels: first year free
By joining Sonnette among the first ten hotel customers, your subscription is free for twelve months from the moment your account goes live. In return: regular usage feedback during the first three months, and permission to name you as a reference (unless you decline).

Prices excl. VAT, per hotel and per month. The Beds24 channel manager (roughly €20 to €30/month, paid directly to Beds24) and Stripe fees stay separate.

No "lifetime" pricing
No launch price stays frozen forever. Sonnette may change its pricing grid, up or down, with three months' written notice sent to every customer hotel. A hotel that declines an increase can cancel free of charge before it takes effect.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. The subscription can be cancelled at any time, with no justification and no penalty, effective at the end of the current month.
Is the Beds24 channel manager included?
No, it is subscribed to and paid separately by your hotel directly to Beds24 (roughly €20 to €30/month). Sonnette also works without Beds24, in manual-booking mode.
What happens if I want to leave?
You get a full export of your data (open formats) within 48 hours on request. After cancellation, your data is erased 90 days later, except for records the law requires us to keep, which are handed to you before erasure.
Is the tax compliance certificate included?
Yes, for hotels located in France. It is issued per major version of the software's tax scope and downloadable from your account. See the Security & compliance page for detail, including what is not covered outside France.
Are the ten Founders spots still available?
The number of spots remaining is shown at the time of sign-up. Once the ten spots are taken, any new hotel gets a three-month free trial before moving to the standard grid.
Can the price change after I sign up?
Yes, but never without notice: any change to the pricing grid is announced by email three months in advance, for all customer hotels at once.
